2009 Middle East Call Center Awards
Extensya, the pioneering Jordanian company
specialized in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), was awarded Best New
Outsourcing Services Provider in the 2009 Middle East Call Center Awards.
Organized by Insights, the
sole organization dedicated to professional call center services; the Middle
East Call Center Awards seek to acknowledge organizations in the region that
offer outstanding call center services to their clients. The award ceremony
was recently held in the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Dubai.
More than 100 regional
companies from various sectors participated in the awards program.
Commenting on their victory,
Sulayman Ellayan, Head of the Operations Department at Extensya,
said: “Extensya indeed deserved to receive the Best New OSP Award, which is
official recognition of the company’s pioneering role in the industry.”
Extensya’s CEO Wael Daoud
said: “We are thrilled that Extensya received this award, which is a
testament to the creative strategies placed by our company since its
inception, not to mention our team’s dedication to quality service and
dedication to consumer satisfaction. The sophisticated reporting
capabilities and the level of transparency Extensya shares with its clients
regionally and globally earned us this success.”
The Middle East Call Center
Awards are given to organizations based a number of criteria. Upon
nomination, a group of experienced call center veterans act as the award
moderators to assess the proposed companies by their performance, the
technology infrastructure, the staff body competencies and their list of
clientele.

Extensya launched its
operations in 2008 to provide a large array of services, including Customer
Relations Management and Customer Acquisition, Customer Retention solutions,
Customer Value Management, and Customer Care solutions, as well as solutions
for marketing, billing and collection, and human resources support.
